Abstract

Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) have become one of the fundamental pillars in the educational teaching process for achieving meaningful learning, where the student becomes the protagonist. In the educational process of electrical engineers, learning certain knowledge areas can be extremely complex. One example is the study of the torque-load curves of electric motors and their mechanical loads. This work aims to analyze the application of innovative tools such as Geogebra and Jupyter Notebooks in the teaching of electric drives. Geogebra provides an interactive platform for visualizing and analyzing mathematical concepts, while Jupyter Notebooks offers a flexible environment for code development and data analysis. The application of these tools creates a rich learning experience that promotes conceptual understanding, problem-solving skills with a scientific approach, and critical thinking.
